These taquitos were amazing! I had actually never heard of a taquito until I came across this recipe on Pinterest (recipe link here). The tortillas were crispy and the cream cheese filling really melts in your mouth. Instead of making tacos or quesadillas, try this Mexican inspired recipe!
Mexican food is my favorite! I've also never heard of taquitos, but I'll have to try them out! They look so good!

ReplyDeleteYou should check out the chicken taquitos at One World! I have never thought about making them at home, looks like they turned out great for you! I would love to try them with more vegetables.

ReplyDeleteI used to live off of the boxed taquitos that you can find in the freezers at target. The problem was that there were only 20 small, skinny taquitos in each box and I ate more than 10 each time I threw some in the microwave. These look much more appetizing. I really shouldn't be looking at Mexican food while Moe's is still open though. It's making me hungry.
