Garlic Parmesan Spinach Orzo



This week I decided to make pasta (it has been a while since I have made some!). I have also been on a spinach kick, so this recipe was perfect. And because there's cheese, of course. I also had never made anything with orzo before, and let me tell you, it was delicious! The awesome thing about this recipe is there's a bunch of leftovers so you won't have to cook for the next few days!

  1. Anything with cheese has got my attention! Leftovers are always wonderful too. Does it heat back up well? This sounds delicious and very flavorful. I bet you could add a bunch of other ingredients too if you wanted to change it up a little.

  2. Cheese is the best! And yeah, it does heat up pretty well. The only thing was that the spinach got gross pretty quickly, but other than that it heated up better than I thought!
