As students, we literally have a lot on our plates. School is stressful, and the majority of us would rather spend time doing anything but cooking. We often forget how important it is to make time for a (semi) nutritious meal. I'll admit it, I love cooking and eating healthy foods, but sometimes I only have enough time to grab something quick. (Semi) healthy meals don't have to be time consuming, and I'm here to prove that it's possible regardless of how busy your schedule is.

Cheesy Beef Stroganoff
I decided to try something that was kind of out of the norm for me: cooking with beef instead of chicken. I'll admit it, there's usually chicken in the majority of my meals (yes, I love chicken), but I decided to switch it up a little. This recipe took even less time than the previous one. Cooking the beef takes the longest, but I was still able to sit down and eat this within 20 minutes! That's pretty dang fast for a delicious meal.

This recipe sounds really good! I've had beef stroganoff before, but adding the Velveeta cheese is brilliant! I love the fact that it's super quick too, because I hate cooking -- the quicker the better! I'm definitely going to have to try this out!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kelsey! Sorry for the late reply. But at first I thought the Velvet cheese would be too much, but it actually blends really well with everything! It was definitely delicious :)
ReplyDeleteVelveeta, not velvet!
